Memorandum: Reject Independent Police Conduct Commission (IPCC)
Representatives of EDICT, Suaram, MCCHR and CIJ gathered near Parliament to hand over memorandum to MPs asking that they reject the weak & ineffective IPCC bill, & replace it instead with a strong, effective IPCMC bill that will bring accountability to the police.
